Because apparently it is very hard. It is also hard to follow my speech. My hope is that this blog will give people a little bit of insight into how my mind works (very spatially). Enjoy! And comment if you visit, so I know who is leaving love!

tales from the office

I walked into the office on Wednesday to a somewhat surprising feeling in the air. I normally walk in and go straight to the back, as my boss believes that chatting with people distracts them from their work. I am quite content with sitting at my desk/semi-cubicle and doing work or reading or crocheting, so this theory is quite alright with me. But Wednesday was different. I stopped to talk to the receptionist for a few more minutes that normal (usually it is about 2.5 seconds of hellos). Then I looked across the long row of cubicles and saw a bright green ball going up and down. Someone was throwing a ball in their cubicle, I am guessing for creative inspiration. But it was just funny seeing a green ball going up and down over the cubicle, and nothing else.

On another note. I heard this song today and thought the lyrics were funny. Then I realized it is a D.C. Talk song that I used to love. When I first heard it, when I was in like 7th grade, I thought it described my junior high school.. colored people... because we were so racially diverse. But yeah, the lyrics are kinda funny as it starts...
"I couldn't help but notice that your epidermis is showing... what a wonderful shade of melatonin you have..."
